WeavImpact Advisory was born out of a simple belief: impact is strongest when values and resources move in the same direction. I work with investors, philanthropists, and entrepreneurs to design clear impact theses, shape effective grant-making strategies, and implement robust measurement tools like Impact Atlas—ensuring that every effort translates into meaningful, measurable change in Southeast Asia and beyond.

My approach is pragmatic yet ambitious, partnership-driven, and rooted in execution. I focus on building bridges—between intent and impact, capital and communities, and across sectors—so that good intentions don’t just stay ideas, but evolve into lasting outcomes.
Get to know me
I’m Johanna Lepeu - El Iman, the founder of WeavImpact Advisory.
My path has not been linear, and that’s what makes it valuable in a way. I began in the corporate world, where I learned structure and discipline, before spending a decade as an entrepreneur, building something from scratch and understanding resilience in practice. I also spent time supporting and volunteering with NGOs, which gave me a grounded view of what communities need and how impact can be meaningful.

Having lived in Asia for more than 12 years, I’ve grown to understand the region’s economic and cultural fabric, from small social enterprises to regional investment ecosystems. Today, as both a philanthropist and impact investor, and a partner in a family office, I’ve seen impact from different angles—whether as a donor, a practitioner, or an advisor.

What I bring is not only expertise in impact measurement and management, but the ability to connect the dots: between values and action, strategies and execution, people and opportunities. I care about listening first, finding practical solutions, and ensuring that good intentions translate into consistent, measurable outcomes.
