WeavImpact Advisory was born out of a simple belief: impact is strongest when values and resources move in the same direction. I work with investors, philanthropists, and entrepreneurs to design clear impact theses, shape effective grant-making strategies, and implement robust measurement tools like Impact Atlas—ensuring that every effort translates into meaningful, measurable change in Southeast Asia and beyond.

My approach is pragmatic yet ambitious, partnership-driven, and rooted in execution. I focus on building bridges—between intent and impact, capital and communities, and across sectors—so that good intentions don’t just stay ideas, but evolve into lasting outcomes.
Get to know me
I’m Johanna Lepeu - El Iman, the founder of WeavImpact Advisory. My journey has taken me from corporate leadership to entrepreneurship and, for the past decade, into the heart of the impact ecosystem in Asia. Along the way, I’ve built businesses, advised family offices, foundations & non-profit organisations, and created impact measurement frameworks that help purpose-driven organisations stay true to their values.

I’ve also invested in building strong expertise: trained in Social Entrepreneurship at INSEAD, certified in Impact Measurement and Management at Duke University, and accredited as an SDG Impact Standards Trainer by Social International & UNDP, among others. These experiences allow me to bridge global best practices with the realities of Southeast Asia.

What drives me is simple: connecting people, ideas, and capital to make change possible. I bring both rigor and empathy into my work—ensuring impact strategies are not just well-designed, but deeply human and actionable.
